Orange Cake


What you need:

  • 250 gr of olive-oil
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 big orange
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder


  1. Whiz the whole orange into a food processor until you have a pulp.
  2. Blend sugar with eggs for 10 min. Add olive-oil, vanilla powder and the orange pulp.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and add it to the mixture.
  4. Bake for an hour at 180°C.
  5. Sprinkle the baked cake with icing sugar and cinnamon powder.
