Orange Cake
Ingredients
What you need:
- 250 gr of olive-oil
- 1 glass of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 big orange
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Method
- Whiz the whole orange into a food processor until you have a pulp.
- Blend sugar with eggs for 10 min. Add olive-oil, vanilla powder and the orange pulp.
- Mix flour with baking powder and add it to the mixture.
- Bake for an hour at 180°C.
- Sprinkle the baked cake with icing sugar and cinnamon powder.
