Ingredients

Ingredients for Dough:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp of water
  • Flour

Ingredients for Syrup:

  • 1 cup of honey
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1½ cups of water

Ingredients for Garnish:

  • Finely chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Knead the dough and make sheets of medium size and thickness
  2. Cut the sheets in strips 8-10cm long and 3cm large approximately and shape them into ribbons.
  3. Fry the ribbons in corn oil and then sink them in hot syrup and garnish them with the walnuts and cinnamon.
