Ingredients
Ingredients for Dough:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp of water
- Flour
Ingredients for Syrup:
- 1 cup of honey
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1½ cups of water
Ingredients for Garnish:
Method
- Knead the dough and make sheets of medium size and thickness
- Cut the sheets in strips 8-10cm long and 3cm large approximately and shape them into ribbons.
- Fry the ribbons in corn oil and then sink them in hot syrup and garnish them with the walnuts and cinnamon.
