How to submit a query

In conformity with Article 42(4)(b) of Act 4727/2020, the email address mentioned hereinafter
(info@visitgreece.gr) can be used by any interested party who wishes to write their comments on any accessibility issues they have located in the website (Article 45, Act 4727/2020), and to request any information that is missing, according to articles 37 § 3 & 40 of Act 4727/2020.

Communication - Deadlines

In accordance with Article 45(2-5) of Act 4727/2020, the Public Sector Organisations answer all queries within thirty (30) days from the date of submission. If a query is placed with the wrong agency, then it should be forwarded to the competent authority, within five (5) days. In this case, the thirty-day term begins on the day it is received by the competent authority. If a response to the above query cannot take place within said term, due to the agency’s objective inability to do so, which will be sufficiently described, the agency communicates the reasons for the delay to the interested person, as well as any additional pertinent information, within five (5) days, by any appropriate means. The Public Sector Organisations are responsible for dispatching the queries as well as the replies to the General Secretariat for Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures, Ministry of Digital Governance. As regards specific issues related to the rights of individuals with disabilities, the provisions of Article 72, Act 4488/2017 (A’ 137) are in effect, which describe the framework for furthering the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
