Greek salad


What you need:

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion (red or white)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
  • 150 gr feta cheese
  • 8 black olives
  • Olive oil and vinegar
  • Salt
  • Some caper (optional)


  1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Slice the cucumber and the onion and place them all in a large bowl.
  2. Add the feta cheese cut into cubes, the olives, the oregano and the caper.
  3. Also add some salt, olive oil and vinegar.
  4. Your Greek salad is ready. Bon Appétit!
