Rhodes International Marathon
The 11th Rhodes International Marathon will take place on 26 April 2026.
It is a coastal route next to the walls of the Medieval City with a view of the Aegean Sea, 42,195 meters next to the endless blue sea, a unique experience for every runner.
Every year, athletes from at least 50 countries have the opportunity to run a unique circular coastal route. The course is flat, with spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and runs along the coastline and walls of the Medieval City of Rhodes, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Runners can participate in:
Marathon
Starting point-Finish: Eleftherias Square, Altar of the Fatherland
The course must be completed within 6 hours for the runner's finish to be officially recorded.
Half-Marathon
Starting point-Finish: Eleftherias Square, Altar of the Fatherland
The course must be completed within 3 hours for the runner's finish to be officially recorded.
Race 10 km
Starting point-Finish: Eleftherias Square, Altar of the Fatherland
The time limit for the 10km is 100'.
5 km race
Starting point: Rimini Square (Sound and Light). Finish: Eleftherias Square, Altar of the Fatherland
The time limit for the 5K is 55' and
Walking route 5km
Starting point: Rimini Square (Sound and Light). Finish: Eleftherias Square, Altar of the Fatherland
