strong>Step 1:/strong>span style="font-weight: 300;"> Beat the butter very well until frothy and white, add the sugar and continue beating./span>
strong>strong>Step /strong>2:/strong> Once the butter and sugar have been well combined, mix in the egg yolks, one at a time, the brandy and then the cinnamon. Continue beating and mix well.
strong>strong>Step /strong>3:/strong> Add the almonds and the flour.
strong>strong>Step /strong>4:/strong> Shape in rounds and bake at 180 °C, until golden brown. When cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
strong>strong>Step /strong>5:/strong> Arrange the shortbread biscuits in a tower on a round platter.
