For the 17th year, the winemakers of Crete are preparing to welcome the friends of the Cretan Wine to the exhibition "Oinotika", which will take place from 1 to 3 February 2025 at the International Exhibition Centre of Crete (I.E.C.C.) in Gournes, Heraklion, co-organised by the Region of Crete.
On February 3, 2025, the exhibition will be open only to professionals (hoteliers, restaurateurs, caterers).

Seminar: The Secrets of Wine Tasting.
Discover the secrets of wine tasting with sommelier Michalis Alexandris. Explore the varieties of the Cretan Vineyard that you can sample at the Cretan Wine Exhibition, Oinotika, and learn about the different wine styles produced by Cretan wineries.
Participants will be introduced to the basic principles of wine tasting, while also learning about Cretan wine.

Sommelier Michalis Alexandris shares the essential principles of wine service and introduces the varieties and styles of wine from the Cretan Vineyard. What is the correct way to serve wine in a restaurant, and how can we serve wine to customers in line with their taste preferences? These and many other key questions will be answered in this fascinating seminar!
