International Marathon Alexander the Great

The 17th International Marathon "Alexander the Great" will take place on Sunday 30 of April.
The official race program includes the Health and Dynamic Walking Road Races in Public Road 10.000m., 5.000m.
In parallel with the organisation of the 17th International Marathon "Alexander the Great" and without being part of the Official Racing Program of the event, the 1,000m Race for Primary School Students will be held in cooperation with the "The Smile of the Child" Organisation.


The event follows the terms of the General Rules for the Organisation and Conduct of Championships and Races of SEGAS and is conducted in accordance with the regulations of the World Athletics Federation World Athletics.
The 17th International Marathon "Alexander the Great" - bwin is applying the Health Protocol which is fully harmonized with the terms and conditions, defined by the Health Scientific Committee of the General Secretariat of Sport.

Applications to participate until 5/4/2023.

The MEAS TRITON of Thessaloniki, with the institutional support of the SEGAS Federation and the EAS SEGAS of Thessaloniki, the institutional cooperation of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Municipalities of Ampelokipi-Menemeni, Pella, Chalkidona, Delta, Kordelio-Euosmos and under the auspices of the Ministry of Interior (Macedonia - Thrace) and the Region of Central Macedonia, organises the 17th International Marathon "Alexander the Great" - bwin.
