THE HOMONYM CAVE has stalagmites and stalactites of unique beauty. The cave has three levels. The highest and oldest has fallen apart and only some parts of it are still preserved. The middle level is being used for tourism purposes. In the third level lies the bed of an underground river. The river can be seen at the end of the touristic pathway just before it creates a 2 meter waterfall, 10 meters lower from the pathway. The river appears again in a spring emerging in a gorge, 25 meters under the entrance of the cave. The touristic section has 250 meters length. Its entrance and exit are in the same spot. Three small lakes (in grey, pink and white colors) have been formed underneath the beautifully colored stalagmites.
