Greek salad


3 large tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 onion (red or white)
1⁄2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
150 gr feta cheese
8 black olives
Olive oil and vinegar
Some caper (optional)


Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Slice the cucumber and the onion and place them all in a large
bowl. Add the feta cheese cut into cubes, the olives, the oregano and the caper. Also add some
salt, olive oil and vinegar. Your Greek salad is ready.
