The exhibition highlights recent achievements in Norwegian architecture. It reveals particular details in each individual project and emphasises those developments which are important for society as a whole.
Utilising various methods of presentation as well as contemporary information media, the exhibition communicates a complex image of Norwegian architecture, through buildings built in Norway as well as in other countries between 2005 and 2010.
The exhibition highlights 31 individual projects, as well as two groups, which are presented together: Steinsvik Architects’ passive energy houses in Tromso and the revitalising of national tourist routes in Norway.
This is the seventh of a series of exhibitions about contemporary Norwegian architecture from 1968 to the present day.
