“ART & MATHEMATICS: from the aesthetics of Art to the logic of Mathematics”

Exhibition of works by the French painter V. Vasarely and the Dutch print maker and graphic artist M.C. Escher from Herakleidon Museum permanent collections.

Herakleidon Museum houses an exhibition of works by M.C. Escher and V. Vasarely. The exhibition does not have a closing date, however the works on display will be periodically renewed.

The works were chosen along the theme of “Art and Mathematics”, a ‘gate’ that Herakleidon Museum opened when it was founded in 2004 and that it holds open, both for the general public and the education community.
